Having the right tool for the right job is usually more than half the challenge of being able correctly perform maintenance and repair of Ducati's.

Each of the tools we offer have been developed and tested in the MotoReva shop - we sell what we use.




NEW Front Axle Alignment Tool

User Guide
This tool is used to maintain correct alignment of the front axle while the axle nut is being tightened. The front axle must be aligned with the notch in the right hand fork leg in order to preserve access to the compression adjustment screw. The tool body is made from metric sized Aluminum 6061 T6 thick wall tubing with steel pins. Made in U.S.A. This tool will work with Ducati 748, 916, 996, 998, 749, 999, ST2, ST3, ST4, 620SS, 800SS, 1000SS and other models that use a 25mm ID axle. Models equipped with Ohlins fork require a slightly modified tool; We can provide these as well; please contact us.

User Guide
The SlimStand securely holds your motorcycles in a natural, riding-like stance using a unique through-the-axle pin design. Your motorcycles can’t fall off or be nudged off of the Slimstand; the axle pin keeps the stand attached to the motorcycle. This stand offers the smallest footprint available for a stable rear stand. The rear tire is located just a few tenths of an inch off of the ground. Perfect for achieving safe, close proximity storage of your bikes. No rear handle to trip over. The stand also positions the bike correctly to accurately check the oil level. Also great for positioning the bike to properly set the suspension sag. Requires a hollow rear axle for use (>5/8 inch ID) Axle width must be less than 14 inches.
Model MT-103 accepts rear swingarms up to 14 inches in width. The 14 inch version will fit the Ducati 999, 749, Multistrada, Monster 1000, S2R and any other model that has a hollow rear axle at least 5/8 inch in ID.

Late Model Ducati Alternator Cover Puller

This tool will aid in the safe removal of the left hand engine alternator cover on all modern belt driven 2V and 4V Ducati's (Monster, Multistrada, 600, 620, 748, 749, 750, 800, 851, 888, 900, 916, 996, 998, 999, 1000). As Ducati and service shops have switched to liquid sealeants, getting this cover removed without marring the sealing surfaces has gotten more difficult. This puller allows for controlled application of cover removal tension during the cover removal procedure. It makes removing the alternator cover to check that pesky alternator nut a breeze! This tool will work with the newer 5 bolt water pump covers and the 520 watt alternators as well. User Guide
This tool enables you to keep the camshaft sprockets correclty aligned during installation of new cam belts. When you've got the timing marks lined up correctly, at least one of the cams will want to rotate out of position due to the closing spring (the vertical intake).
This tool can also be used to help remove the nut attaching the pulley to the camshaft. Simply install the tool with lobes on the camshaft with the nut to be removed. Use an appropriate spanner socket to remove the nut.
This tool will fit the 851, 888, 916 and 996 engines.

[1] "No Questions" return policy for a period of 4 weeks after the tools/parts are shipped from my shop, as long as the item is returned unused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all returns. Tools or parts which are used cannot be returned.

[2] 90 day warranty against defects in manufacture for tools. Abusive use of a tool is not covered by the warranty.
